The Side Yard is just a mile away from Sunset Gardens. To get to the Side Yard from Sunset Gardens:

Turn right onto East Sunset Road, and continue forward until you hit West Sunset Road. Turn right onto West Sunset Road, and The Side Yard will be on your right!
